Vickie Jo is an independent personal trainer and transformation coach in the Northshore Suburbs of Illinois.  Coaching and training people since 1994, her former experience ranges from assistant personal training manager, trainer, and spin instructor, at Mid Town Bannockburn,  assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at Loyola Academy in Wilmette, where she introduced periodization of Functional Strength Training Methods in the high school environment for both boys and girls team sports.   Since then, she continues her private training and nutrition coaching as Functionally Fit Custom Fitness.

  • NSCA-CSCS Nationally recognized Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist
  • Precision Nutrition- PN1 Certified in Sport and Exercise Nutrition, one of the most successful transformation and weight management programs in the world.
  • Personal Training & Group Exercise Certifications including water fitness, indoor cycle, suspension training programs, speed and agility for sports. 
  • Specialties in Functional Exercise for aging populations, pre-post rehab services, and performance training for athletes.
  • First Aid CPR/ AED 
  • Non-Medical Corrective Exercise and  Fat Loss Programing provided both in person sessions and online programs-
